Overlooking the Mandurah estuary, this is another cafe belonging to the Merchant Tea and Coffee Company. With over 40 varieties of teas from around the world, they also pride themselves on their fresh coffee, roasted in Western Australia. They serve a variety of meals from bacon and egg breakfasts to chocolate cake desserts.

I like the friendliness of the Tea House and the array of items they serve.

What is most endearing is the way wheelchair bound customers are treated. Syabas (Malaysian way of saying Yes! Great!) mates!
