This is the city centre of Perth : its strong and vital heart - and there are lots of benches for any one to sit or rest for a while.
Most would be reading while waiting for their office to open or for the shops to open for business.
"Just Looking" is a habit of mine. I had plenty to look at. Lovely especially in a cold but sunlit morning.
