Before we left for our three day and two night tour of Western Australia we had a simple breakfast with my son. He cooked us scrambled eggs and pile them on gourmet bread spread with real Australian butter.(I read somewhere Margaret Fulton - the famous and beloved Australian doyenne - will never give up on butter!)
