Bread from Vietnamese French Owned Bakery??

We stumbled upon an Asian bakery. As the young lady could only answer a few friendly questions we only managed to find out that she was Vietnamese. Other than that...well we were not to sure if we could be too friendly on our part.

But definitely their bread was really good. I had been to Cambodia where the French had left their impact on bakeries there and the Cambodians have learned to make really good bread.

We bought too few much. Kicked ourselves for that. But no more chance of going back for more.
